Welcome to Waterton United Church!

Welcome to Waterton United Church. The Church with a view.

The most unique quality of the Waterton United Church is that it exists in Waterton Lakes National Park.  By its mandate, the Park belongs to everyone, and by extension, so does the United Church in Waterton, a united and uniting force, with a real history of community outreach and service.  Humanity has a great and timeless tradition of feeling close to God in the mountains; countless visitors to the church are inspired by the view of Mt. Vimy, framed by our cathedral windows  (courtesy of architect George Watson).   We are a warm and welcoming faith community, we are about the “open doors of Jesus Christ”.

The roof-line of the church reflects the “mountains meeting the prairies”, one of the defining features of the Park.
